“As you know Earthlight Technologies has won the bid for the energy conservation projects at the National Guard facilities. These project consist of switching the existing fluorescent lighting to new energy efficient LEDs. As of today you have completed the New Haven Armory and Camp Hartell pole lights. You are one third complete with the Readiness Center at Camp Nett. This is a letter acknowledging the workmanship I have seen so far.
In my observations your Employees conduct themselves with the upmost Integrity and dedication. They have shown nothing but dependability, technical skills, and Organizational abilities to get the most volume of work completed in a timely manner. They are courteous and polite to everyone they interact with. The numbers of employees you have on a day to day basis may change but the quality of work, team work and professionalism stay the same. Every Employee helps the other they work well together no matter what role they are taking on that day. Most importantly is the work and staging areas are always clean and organized to maintain a safe work environment.

There was no exposed conduit or mounting brackets on the outside, just the solar panels neatly on the roof. On the inside, all wiring was neat and clean, and almost entirely in conduit.
