Earthlight Technologies Appoints Danielle Fidel as Chief Commercial Officer

Ellington, CT, December 31, 2025 – Earthlight Technologies is excited to announce the appointment of Danielle Fidel as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 27, 2025. In this role, Danielle will oversee Earthlight’s revenue-generating business lines, including residential and commercial solar and storage, energy efficiency and lighting, EV charging, roofing, new homes, and sales channel partnerships. As a member of the executive leadership team, she will help guide long-term growth through diversification and disciplined strategy.

Danielle brings 17 years of experience across the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects. She spent the first decade of her career building and scaling the commercial division of a Dev-EPC in Arizona, working across business development, project origination, development, and execution before shifting to a national focus, helping other solar developers build their businesses through partnership-oriented channel programs. This experience shaped her ability to grow complex businesses, build strong strategic partnerships, and support customers in achieving long-term sustainability goals. “We’re excited to have Danielle join the executive leadership team and look forward to her insight and the depth of experience she brings as we continue to grow,” said Sam Schneider, CEO of Earthlight Technologies.
