Earthlight's Solar Referral Program: Earn Cash for Sharing Solar
If you know someone who has been thinking about solar, Earthlight's referral program lets you connect them with a team you trust and earn a cash reward when their project moves forward. It is a simple way to help a friend, family member, or neighbor take a meaningful step toward lowering their energy costs.
Earthlight Technologies is a family-owned solar and energy company founded in 2008 and headquartered in Ellington, Connecticut, with offices in Northampton, Massachusetts and Silverton, Oregon. Our in-house crews have installed more than 2,699 systems for homeowners and businesses.
How the Earthlight Referral Program Works
When you refer someone to Earthlight, you connect them with a team known for quality work, honest guidance, and solutions built to last. Our consultants walk your referral through their residential solar options without pressure. When your referral moves forward with an Earthlight project and completes their installation, you earn a cash reward as a thank you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I earn for referring someone to Earthlight?
You earn $1,000 for your first successful referral. Your second through fifth successful referrals earn $500 each. Once you reach your sixth successful referral, you become an Earthlight Ambassador and earn $1,000 for that referral and every completed referral after it, with no cap on the number of people you can refer.
When do I earn my referral reward?
You earn your cash reward when the person you referred moves forward with an Earthlight project and completes their installation. A referral that does not result in a completed project does not count toward your rewards. For details on how rewards are issued, contact our team.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit. You can refer as many friends, family members, and neighbors as you like. Every referral that results in a completed Earthlight project earns a reward, and after your sixth successful referral, each completed referral earns $1,000.
What is an Earthlight Ambassador?
An Earthlight Ambassador is anyone who has made six successful referrals. Ambassador status raises your reward back to $1,000 for every completed referral from that point on, compared with $500 each for referrals two through five. It recognizes the people who help bring solar to their communities most often.
