This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Connecticut and Massachusetts located within 60 miles of Earthlight Technologies headquarters (92 West Road, Ellington, CT 06029). 

Participants: 

• Must be the homeowner 
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry 
• Must live within a 60 mile radius of Earthlight Technologies headquarters (128 West Road, Ellington, CT) 
• Must be a legal resident of the state of Connecticut or Massachusetts 
• Must own a residential property eligible for roof replacement or installation 

One entry per household. You may only enter the sweepstakes one (1) time. All duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Ineligible, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted online or postmarked by October 4th at 11:59 PM (ET) to remain eligible. Only one entry per household. 

The entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account (as specified by the internet service provider) used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed the legal entrant. Entries made by individuals or any entity other than the named entrant, and/or originating at any other internet website — including but not limited to commercial giveaway subscription notification and/or entering service sites — are void. 

There will be one (1) prize (the “Prize”) awarded in this sweepstakes. The Prize consists of a credit in the amount of $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) to be applied toward the cost of a residential roof installation performed by Earthlight Technologies LLC (the “Roof Installation Credit”). The maximum value of the Prize is $5,000.00. The Prize has no cash value and may only be redeemed as a credit toward a residential roofing installation project contracted with Sponsor. 

Prize restrictions and exclusions: 

The Prize is valid for residential roofing installations only. Commercial properties, multi-family properties, and any non-residential structures are not eligible. 

The Prize may not be applied toward metal roofing installations, materials, or related labor of any kind. Homes requesting a metal roofing system are ineligible to redeem the Prize. 

• The Prize must be applied toward a roof installation project contracted directly with Earthlight Technologies LLC, and does not cover permitting, engineering, structural repairs, or any scope of work outside a standard residential roof installation. 
• The winner's residential property must be located within 60 miles of Earthlight Technologies headquarters to redeem the Prize. 
• The Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification, or the Prize will be forfeited without substitution. 
• The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise stated by Sponsor in writing. 

All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion. The winner will be required to complete and return an IRS 1099-MISC form as issued by Earthlight Technologies, if required by law. Additional details of the terms and conditions will be issued to the winner after the winner is declared and contacted. 

A total of one (1) potential winner (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about [drawing date], by a judge selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The winner will be notified via telephone, email, and/or mail service on or about [drawing date], and will be required to sign an eligibility statement and release. An alternate potential winner will be selected if any potential winner does not claim the Prize within 10 days of notification or does not meet the eligibility criteria. 

No substitution for the Prize will be permitted. The Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. If the winner is found to be ineligible, or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate potential winner will be selected. By entering the sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the winner consents (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the winner's photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown, address, the contents of the entry form, and the winner's name, without further compensation, for any future promotional activity related to this sweepstakes. 

The Prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

By entering the sweepstakes, the entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules, or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the sweepstakes or the website. The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, and by entering, all winners and entrants submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Earthlight Technologies LLC's headquarters location. As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorney's fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website related to Sponsor or the sweepstakes, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes, may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. 

Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. 

By participating, the Winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Earthlight Technologies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, or representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
