Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our CT team. The Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions directly to homeowners through door-to-door canvassing and other means of self-generating events throughout the state of CT. The Solar Sales Rep plays a critical role in generating high-quality leads, engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for themselves. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, goal-driven, passionate about renewable energy, and maintain a high level of ethical standards and professionalism in all customer dealings. Fleet & Operations Manager
Position Overview: We are looking for a Fleet and Operations Manager to oversee our Ellington, CT warehouse, as well as external warehouse locations. This role includes managing the warehouse team, overseeing logistics and inventory systems, managing a fleet of 100+ vehicles, and keeping the building and property maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proven management experience, and a solid background in hands-on logistics and operations of a warehouse. Familiarity with electrical systems and experience managing electrical parts inventory is highly preferred. The Fleet and Warehouse Operations Manager will work out of our Ellington, CT HQ location.

Position Overview: The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports the Install Manager in daily operational tasks while helping maintain organization and efficiency within the warehouse. This role is responsible for assisting with inventory management, warehouse organization, equipment preparation, and coordinating service-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Candidate must have a valid OR driver’s license and be able to pass an extensive driver’s check. Candidate must be able to pass a physical exam for ODOT as well.
